The information on this website is provided in good faith to describe our courses and club activities. Course details, prices and schedules shown here may change, and the terms confirmed with you at the time of booking will apply to your enrolment. The website may contain links to other websites, including padi.com; we are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

• A booking becomes confirmed once we have received your completed enrolment and payment as agreed with you at the time of booking.
• Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and cover the course as described on its course page.
• You must meet the stated prerequisites for your chosen course, including any required certification level, minimum age and swimming ability.
• Dates, locations and session times are arranged with you directly and may be adjusted for weather, water conditions or facility availability.
• Rescheduling and cancellation arrangements are confirmed with you at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Mermaid training is an in-water activity with inherent risks. Before training you must complete the relevant medical, liability and safe-mermaiding documentation, and you agree to follow your instructor’s safety instructions at all times. We may decline or pause participation where a student’s health, behaviour or equipment creates a safety concern. Participants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

PADI certification is awarded only when you meet the performance requirements of your course. Course fees cover training and the certification process as described on each course page; they do not guarantee certification where requirements are not met.

You are responsible for your own belongings during training and club activities. Please leave valuables somewhere safe or bring only what you need in the water.

Text, images and branding on this website belong to KL Mermaid Club or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first. Images used on the site may be illustrative of mermaid training and do not depict specific students.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability in connection with your use of this website or your course booking is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant course. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you have a concern, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it with you directly.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page with an updated date above, and the terms in force at the time of your booking apply to your enrolment.
